Home Consultations If you’re having trouble with your parrot we offer phone and in-home consultations. There are not usually quick fixes to big problems, but we do have some great ways to overcome difficulties. Sometimes the biggest problem is simply not understanding your parrot. It’s important to know that parrots are wild animals. They are not domesticated. This means that they react in our homes like they would in the wild. This can present problems if we don’t know what they’re trying to tell us. We can think they are mean when it may be an act of love and you just didn’t understand. We do ask for a donation to our program for the help. E-mail us with a way to contact you. We will want certain information before we call, to help you better. For long distance calls we’ll need to have the charges reversed.
