We match birds with families by personalities of each, not species or talking ability or feather condition.  The size available in your home and your type of home will be major factors in helping determine which birds you may consider adopting.  It may take several visits before we all decide to move ahead, especially for larger birds.  Adopting a bird is not a spur-of-the-moment action.

Photos and descriptions will be added as we make time, but please don't dismiss any birds based on words or appearance.  We make adoption fees the same across the board for each in the species, so every bird of that type has an equal chance of being adopted.  The fees were set in 2004, and while our expenses continue to increase, our fees have not.  Being non-profit, we must use the funds to help more birds.  None of us are paid, and we all volunteer our homes and much of the food, so our overhead is extremely low.

Adoption fee includes bird, some toys, some food.
